Ease of doing business is crucial in creating customer value. Making the right decision on what product and/or spare part to order is not always a straightforward one. Sandvik Stationary Crushing & Screening division wanted to develop an intuitive and simple way to make this choice an easy one for their customers. The starting point was advanced calculations and tones of product data.
Together with the customer and our highly experienced programmers, W was able to transform the calculations and data into logical structures, and a UX friendly design.
Using a simple selection process, customers can, together with their Sandvik sales representative now add their production data and get a recommendation for what crusher, screening media, wear, or spare part best fits their production and process. The sales tools also create a great opportunity for the sales representative to discuss with their customers’ their product needs in a structured way.
In total we developed six different selection tools with an intuitive front-end making it easy and simple to use.
