Challenge

There isn’t a builder or construction engineer in the world that doesn’t want ‘a Hilti’ of their own. At W, we’ve had the pleasure of working with this fascinating brand for many years in the past. That’s why we were thrilled when Hilti Sweden asked us to help with an application to the Great Place to Work competition, ranking the best workplaces around the world.

Solution

Instead of sending in a wordy report, W proposed developing an application that would really stand out and give justice to Hilti’s strong company culture founded on integrity, courage, teamwork and commitment. The result became a solid book sharing Hilti Sweden’s way of growing their employees as well as their business. The application book was sent in a Hilti tool box packed with appendices and other HR materials. Once done, the management team realized the value of this ‘bible’ and decided to give each employee a personal copy.

Result

Thanks to the work invested, Hilti was ranked the second best workplace in Sweden 2013 and then became the number one during both 2014 and 2015. Congratulations Hilti!
