Challenge

Each year, the CEO of the Trelleborg Group invites the top 100-120 executives to a Global Management Conference. The agenda includes key strategic initiatives blended with best practice cases and future focus of the Group. For the fourth consecutive year, Trelleborg asked W to help package and dramatize the event.

Solution

W developed a list of initiatives to set the stage for the meeting and create memorable and professional experience (before, during and after the event). The event theme (key headline and visual) reflected the strategic direction and tied together all executions – from the digital invitation to the complete dressing of the venue. Additionally, W was responsible for the construction/deconstruction on-site, logistics of material and sourcing of technology (incl audio/ video) for main conference rooms and break-out rooms.
