Trelleborg Group, a world leader in engineered polymer solutions, asked W to revise and strengthen their employer brand – to position the group as an employer of choice.
We started by collecting internal and external insights from key growth markets to understand what is internally true as well as the external perception of the brand. With the insights as platform, we developed a new, global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and a set of key messages, ensuring consistent messaging across the group. With the strategic platform in place, we moved on with the creative concept development, producing visuals and verbal messages embracing all employer communication globally, across all channels.
